Mr. Ravi Arora 2019-20
Vice President and Head of Innovation, Tata Sons
Ravi Arora is a Vice President at Tata Sons and is responsible for the Innovation program for the Tata Group.
He has conceptualized & implemented a few innovation programs to support Tata companies. These programs include Tata InnoMeter, Tata InnoVista, Tata InnoVerse, Tata Ideas and Challenges Worth Solving. Some of these programs have been shared at HBS, CEB & conferences in India, the United States & Europe.
Before joining Tata Sons, Ravi started his career at Tata Steel as a maintenance engineer. He later led the Knowledge Management program at Tata Steel, which was recognized by MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) and APQC, USA.
Ravi earned his BE from IIT Roorkee PGPX from XLRI. He has authored several journal papers, blogs and two books:

Mr. S P Shukla 2018-19
Group President & CEO, Aerospace & Defence Sectors; Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra Group
SP Shukla is a Member of the Group Executive Board of Mahindra Group. As Group President, he is responsible for the Aerospace, Defence, Steel & Agri sector.
In his capacity of Chairman of the Mahindra Innovation Academy, he has been a regular speaker at various industry and academic forums, including prestigious international universities, such as Harvard Business School, Nelson Mandela University, Washington University, the IITs, the IIMs and Ted-X.
An alumnus of IIT BHU & IIM A, Mr. Shukla has 39 years of diverse experience in managing large projects and operations. He has been a renowned personality in the spaces of Automotive Tyres and Information & Communication Technology (ICT), and is widely credited with taking mobile telephony to the masses by setting-up telecom infrastructure in the remotest parts of India. In his previous role as President of Group Strategy and Chief Brand officer of the Mahindra Group, he was instrumental in institutionalizing the Rise Prize (USD 1 Million) that aims to foster and develop the innovation eco-system in India, and was also responsible for the Mahindra Racing portfolio.
Mr. Shukla has also served as Chairman of Group Brand Council, Member of the Investment Committee of Mahindra Partners, and Director on the Boards of several Group companies such as Bristlecone, USA & Mahindra First Choice Services, India. Additionally, he is a director on the Boards of CIE, Spain and Chairman of Mahindra CIE, India. He is also affiliated with several renowned industry forums, such as the India-Spain CEOs Forum, Indo-French CEOs Forum, India-Israel CEOs Forum and Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is the Chairman of the FICCI Committee on Defence and Vice Chairman of the Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers. He has served as a member of the Technology Development Board, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.
