ACE is a strategic initiative aimed at creating an "Unparralled Customer Experience". ACE is aimed at enhancing 3 types of Customer MOT (Moment of Truth): Visual, Behavioural and Transactional across the business value chain (end to end): From Customer's need to buy a product to us receiving an enquiry to order to delivery to commissioning to retire. ACE has become a flagship project and has been presented to different RPG group companies for horizontal deployment. With ACE, Transformer BU was recognised at Asia level for best in class customer experience Top 20 companies during CX Asia Awards 2019 (September in Singapore). Out of the many impact through project ACE, few our increased Customer Satisfaction Score, Increase in order from repeat customers, increased market share, significant growth in Top line and drastic reduction in Customer Complaints, Improvement in Quality and lead time improvement of the core business processes.
