Embedded electronics within tyre helps to abstract important data such as Tyre internal temperature, Pressure, Alignemnet, Wear, etc. But to do that we need to fix as external sensor inside the tyre which will record these data & send us wirelessly to customers & other stakeholders.
Here, the main challege is to fix the extenal electronic object inside the tyre such way, that it should not come off the surface & damage the tyre in running condition yet stick to the tyre internal surface.
We have developed the methods to stick the replaceble sensors to tyre inner surface area which is servisable in nature & easy to install with minimum skilled person in the field
